Kansas Relays Results
| War Eagle Invitational Results
The Southeast Missouri track and field team had a lighter day than expected Friday. The distance squad ran one relay at the Kansas Relays while the remaining events with the exception of the hammer throw got postponed at the War Eagle Invitational due to inclement weather. Kevin Farley
claimed a fifth place finish in the hammer throw at the War Eagle Invitational. Farley's throw of 58.46 meters is enough to push him into the top spot in the Ohio Valley Conference this season and was a personal best. The mark is also the second-best throw in program history.
The relay squad of Alyssa Rebecca
, Megan Parks, Gloria Westlake
and Mary Dohogne
claimed the bronze medal in the 4x1600 meter relay. The team finished in 21:48.85 at the Kansas Relays.
The Redhawks distance squad will continue with a third day of action Saturday in Lawrence, Kan., while the remaining squad will have a full slate of events in Auburn, Ala.
